Work Process of Outlook

Open the app; a simple inbox will be appearing with simple options. Click to Pencil icon for composing a message. Write the email address of the required person in the To and CC field and you will find a list of related persons, just click, and write the message in the given box. Tap to paperclip icon for attaching some attachments. Lastly, click on the “Send” arrow for sending your message.

If you want to reply to any receiving message. Just swipe down to the message, you will find Reply Arrow, Forward, or Edit Recipients options.  Click on the required option and send back your message.
